Who is eligible?

People in need who live in the ‘ancient parish of Acton’ - please note that this is not necessarily the same as the postcode of W3. There is an Action Charities website on the charity's website that shows the area that the charity covers.

The charity cannot consider an application from anyone who does not live in this area.

How to apply?

Individuals cannot apply directly. Social Services, a doctor or a health visitor should apply on an individual's behalf. Professionals can download an application form from the Acton Charities website

Intermediaries can also email or write to the Clerk to the Trustees to request an application form.

Please note that it is a small local charity with no permanent staff, so a quick response is not always possible.
