Who is eligible?

Grants for people under 25 years old whose families are on limited means and live within the Central Bedfordshire area, which is everywhere within a six mile radius from the Priory church of St Peter, in the ecclesiastical parish Dunstable.

Proof that you are in receipt of Housing Benefit is required. However, if you are on limited means and not on Housing Benefit, you should contact the clerk to arrange an interview and complete a finance form.

What we can't help with

Grants are for educational purposes only. Please note that the foundation does not give grants for private school fees.

The foundation can only give one grant per year per child.

How to apply?

Individuals can apply directly, but applications need to be supported by the educational school, college, or institution. Applications are considered once a year, in June.

Email or write to the charity to find out if you are eligible.

Other information

The charity also administers almshouses for older people in the area.
