If you are a customer of Bristol Water, there are a range of schemes available to help customers on low incomes and/or in financial difficulty. This includes the Bristol Water - Assist social tariff.

Who is eligible?

Low income households who are assessed as being in financial difficulty.

How to apply?

Assessment of ability to pay is undertaken by an independent debt advice organisation either online, telephone or face to face.

Application includes providing an income and expenditure statement.
