Chew’s Foundation at Dunstable

Educational grants for young people who live in Dunstable. To be able to apply, the young person's family need to be getting Universal Credit or Housing Benefit.

Grants are for uniforms. However, help for school equipment is available from the Ashton Schools Foundation Charity.

Who is eligible?

Students whose families getting Universal Credit or Housing Benefit and are living within the Dunstable area.

If you have applied for a Ashton Schools Foundation Grant, you are not eligible for a grant from Chews Foundation.

How to apply?

Grants are limited to a maximum of four per child.

Proof that you are getting Universal Credit or Housing Benefit is required. 

Applications normally close at the beginning of May and payments are sent in July.

Applications can be requested directly from the foundation or downloaded from the Association of Dunstable Charities website
