Who is eligible?

Young people who live in the parish of Chippenham and have lived there for at least two years. Visit the website to see a map of where the parish is.

The young person must be either in education or training. Grants are given for transport fees, equipment, or course fees. 

The charity is unable to pay for undergraduate course fees.

How to apply?

Call or email the charity to request an application form. The trustees consider applications monthly. 

You will need to provide the following information in your application:

  • Financial details along with evidence of financial need
  • Details of what you need help with and how much you think it will cost.
  • Who else lives in your household
  • Anyone else you have approached for assistance
  • We need to know about any other previous help you have had from us
  • If you are applying for mobility equipment, i.e. wheelchairs/scooters etc. We will ask you to have a form signed by your doctor confirming your need. If Trustees are minded to help with your application you will be asked to attend the ‘Independent Living Centre’ where you will be assessed to decipher which equipment would best suit your needs.
