Who is eligible?

  • The child or young person must be under the age of 25 years.
  • They must live in Stourbridge or the surrounding areas. For practical reasons, we have defined this as living within a radius of 50 miles from Stourbridge.

How to apply?

The charity asks that people write a covering letter explaining why the grant is needed, and the details of the equipment proposed. The charity also needs a supporting letter from a suitable professional person detailing the person's medical condition. Visit the website for a full list of what the covering letter should include:

Once we have received all the required information we try to make a decision and let you know the outcome within 24 to 48 hours.

Please note if your application is successful, the charity will pay a cheque to the supplier of the mobility equipment.
