Edmund Jones’ Charity

Grants of up to £400 for university students, apprentices and vocational trainees, who need financial help to buy books, resources, software, tools or equipment to support their studies.

Students must be aged between 16-24 years and live in the town of Brecon in Wales.

Who is eligible?

People aged between 16-24 who live in the town of Brecon in Wales, who are studying for a course at university level, apprentices and vocational trainees.

Grants are given directly to the individual.

How to apply?

Please email the charity at: edmundjonescharity@gmail.com with your query.  An application form will be sent by post to the applicant's home address.

Applications can be made directly by the person needing the grant. However, a supporting letter/statement from a professional is required. The organisation where they are studying needs to stamp the form.

Applications are looked at in April and October.

The charity replies to all applicants whether or not they are successful.
