Who is eligible?

There are over 2 million people currently working in education who could be eligible to apply for help from Education Support Partnership, If you’re not sure if we can help give us a call.

There are a number of things we can help with; we understand that sometimes things break down or need replacing, usually at that moment when money is at its tightest. If you find you’re struggling with work related costs, or wondering how to meet the cost of an unexpected bill please get in touch. We can’t promise to help with every cost, but we may be able to point you in the right direction.

As an example, here are some things we have helped people with in the past:

  • help with mortgage payments or council tax
  • white goods
  • car and travel costs

What we can't help with

Unfortunately there are some items we can't give grants for:

  • private medical costs
  • prescription glasses
  • care home costs

How to apply?

Grant applications can be made online from the Education Support Partnership website and should be submitted directly by the individual. Applications are usually considered on a monthly basis and are means-tested, so financial information is needed alongside other supporting information (such as proof of need).
