Elizabeth Finn Fund

The Elizabeth Finn Fund (EFF) provides one-off grants for people who have British nationality or live in the UK for at least half the year and have a professional or similar background or connection. They must also be on a low income and have recently faced a life changing event resulting in reduced income or additional costs.

Please read the eligibility section carefully for more details on the eligibility criteria for applying. Only apply if you believe you fit all the criteria.

As part of the application process, we will ask you for a range of documents as evidence of your occupation and situation. This includes bank statements. You will also need to register for a Turn2us individual's account to access the application form.

We will now ask you provide full details about you, your spouse/partner (if you have one) and your situation. We will also request the evidence we require, including bank statements.

The application process involves three stages:

  1. Registering for a Turn2us Individual's account and then logging into it.
  2. Filling in the Stage 1 application form: We check that you meet our qualifying rules (eligibility criteria) for the fund and ask for documentary evidence of occupation.
  3. Filling in the Stage 2 application form: If you meet our qualifying rules, you will be invited to make a full application to the Elizabeth Finn Fund. We will now ask you provide full details about you, your spouse/partner (if you have one) and your situation. We will also request the evidence we require, including bank statements.

Please note the following important points:

  • Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee a grant will be awarded. All grants are discretionary.
