Grants are available for trained nurses who have a long-term illness or disability and need financial assistance. Applicants must be trained nurses with at least three years' post-graduate work in the UK. The Association does not assist with educational costs.

How to apply?

Individuals should not apply directly, but a third party should apply on the individual's behalf. The third party might be Care of the Elderly, Age Concern, Citizen Advice Bureau, Anchor Care and Repair Benefit Agency, other nursing organisations and SSAFA. 

Applications are considered quarterly.
