James Marshall Foundation CIO

Grants for educational or career-related activities/items for young people and children under 25 years who live in Harpenden or Wheathampstead and need financial support while they are studying at school, college, university, or through an apprenticeship. In the past, the Foundation has given grants for:

  • School trips and uniform
  • Work tools, clothing and training
  • Career development and courses
  • Study books and materials
  • Laptop computers
  • University accommodation 
  • Apprenticeships
  • Travel costs for work or study
  • Sport & music costs
  • Scouts/Guides, Duke of Edinburgh & National Citizenship Scheme

Who is eligible?

The Foundation cannot assist individuals living outside of Harpenden or Wheathampstead and those 25 years or older.
