Norwich Consolidated Charities

Grants for people who live in the city of Norwich who are in financial need OR are sick, disabled or recovering from an illness or injury and are in need.

Priority is given to people with children but you may still get a grant if you do not have a child.

Grants may be given for:

  • carpets, cookers, beds, washing machines,
  • bankruptcy fees and debt relief orders where you have been advised by a professional money adviser that this is the best course of action for you
  • childcare costs for low income, single parents
  • some assistance is given towards medical items if supported by a doctor and social worker and all other avenues of help have been explored.

Who is eligible?

Grants for people who live in the city of Norwich who are in financial need OR are sick, disabled or recovering from an illness or injury and are in need.

The charity gives priority to applicants who are caring for a child or children but may still give money to people who are in need and do not have children.

How to apply?

Please contact us be email, phone or post. We will arrange to meet you to discuss your application. We will also get your agreement for us to visit you in your home to discuss your specific needs when you are applying for household goods.

Applications are considered monthly.
