Grants for children and young people who live in Norwich and need financial assistance with their education.

  • School clothing and footwear
  • Residential school trips, for approved educational purposes
  • School fees where the total fees do not exceed £15,000 per annum
  • Further education and vocational training, including necessary equipment
  • University maintenance
  • Personal tuition in music, the arts and sport where the beneficiary is likely to reach a professional standard in the field

Who is eligible?

Individuals who live in Norwich and their dependants who are in need.

How to apply?

Contact us be email, telephone or post. We will arrange to meet you to discuss your application. We will also, with your agreement, visit you in your home to discuss your specific needs when you are applying for household items.

You will need to provide evidence of your income from employment, savings and or benefits, including Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit.

Trustees consider applications quarterly: in February, April, June and October. You may apply for school clothing every other year and when a child goes to high school. You may apply for one school trip grant each academic year.
