Professionals Aid Guild Further Education Grants

If you have a degree level qualification or the equivalent level qualification, you may apply for a grant to help with your further education.  To be able to apply, you must:

  • already have completed at least one term on the course which you are looking for help with
  • already have funding in place. We will only consider helping you if your planned funding has broken down due to circumstances beyond your control.

Who is eligible?

You may be able to get support from the Guild if you are studying and you have:

  • already have completed at least one term on the course which you are looking for help with
  • already have funding in place. We will only consider helping you if your planned funding has broken down due to circumstances beyond your control.

You also need to meet the following criteria:

  • You are aged 18 or over
  • You are resident in the UK
  • You have already applied to your own occupational fund, if there is one
  • You have less than £6,000 in savings if you are under pension credit age and less than £10,000 if over pension credit age
  • You have claimed, or are in the process of claiming, all benefits to which you are entitled.
