Rochdale Ancient Parish Educational Trusts (RAPET)

Small educational grants for people who live in Rochdale, Littleborough, Milnrow, Wardle, Whitworth, Todmorden, Saddleworth, or attend or have attended a school in the area. Visit the website to see a map of the area.

People of all ages can apply but the Trust gives priority to people under the age of 25.

The Trust gives grants for:

  • scholarships, bursaries or travel expenses for students to further or higher education courses

  • financial assistance, outfits, clothing, tools, instruments or books for apprenticeships or educational courses

Who is eligible?

You may be eligible if you:

  • Live in Rochdale, Littleborough, Milnrow, Wardle, Whitworth, Todmorden, Saddleworth

  • Attend, or have attended, a school in the area

The Trust prefers applications from people under 25 years old, but all ages can apply.

The Trust meets 3 times a year, for application forms to be considered at these meetings, please return completed forms by either the 20 February, 20 May or 31 August each year.
