ROI Protestant Aid

Protestant Aid gives grants to people on low incomes who live in the Republic of Ireland. Protestant Aid treats s all genuine calls for help equally, regardless of religious, ethnic or social backgrounds.

Our primary activities include:

  • grants to alleviate poverty or distress
  • regular payments for the elderly
  • allowances for heating/energy costs
  • school expenses
  • second-level education grants
  • third-level loans
  • Sheltered Housing and Nursing Care for over 200 elderly people through our sister companies, The Brabazon Trust and St. John’s House

Who is eligible?

People in need on low incomes living in the Republic of Ireland.

How to apply?

Individuals should not apply directly. Instead, a clergy member or social worker should apply on a person's behalf.

Ask your support worker or a member of the clergy to apply on your behalf.
