Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland (RIAS)

The Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland supports British architecture students from the Scottish Schools of Architecture who are studying in full or part-time education on an approved course.

The Fund aims to assist students who are facing financial difficulties which affect their ability to complete all or part of their course.

Students will be able to use the money to purchase any support necessary such as books, equipment or to assist with field trips.

Who is eligible?

British architecture students from the Scottish Schools of Architecture who need financial assistance to complete some or all of their studies. 

How to apply?

Email the fund to request an application form. 

Applications are considered once a year. The deadline for applications is the second week in November. 

Applications need to include a letter of support from the Head of Architecture Department or Practical Studies Advisor at the University.
