Sailors' Children's Society

The Sailors' Children's Society provides financial, emotional and practical support to seafaring families when things go wrong. Our aim is to support the children through these difficult times - usually following a bereavement, diagnosis of a life-changing illness or desertion.

Small regular grants are given to each child to allow them to still attend music or sports lessons, supplemented by clothing grants for new school uniforms and winter coats/shoes.
Special grants are also available for educational school trips or emergencies.
