Grants of up to £200 can help individuals access learning and development opportunities up to a level 4 point. In some cases the Trustees will consider applications from Degree level social work students. To find out more about qualification levels please visit: https://www.gov.uk/what-different-qualification-levels-mean/list-of-qualification-levels

How to apply?

Individuals should call or email Sheila Kay Fund. Learners will complete an application form obtained from Sheila Kay Fund after going to a one to one session.

Please note that you must provide documentation confirming your place on the course/development opportunity, details of an ‘application supporter’ who can confirm your voluntary work, and evidence of nationality and residency status (if applicable).

Applications are considered monthly, but we advise applicants who need immediate support to look for other appropriate sources as there can be delays in the application process if we do not have all of the required supporting information.
