Sir Peter Seaman’s Charity

The principal objective of the charity is to provide grants for the promotion of education, including social and physical training of young persons of the City of Norwich who are under the age of 21 and who, in the opinion of the Trustees, are in need of financial assistance.

Who is eligible?

Applicants will need: 

  • to be younger than 21 years of age
  • to show they are in need of assistance
  • to be a resident in areas of benefit which include the City of Norwich and the contiguous parishes of Old Catton, Sprowston, Thorpe St. Andrew, Trowse with Newton, Cringleford, Colney, Costessey, Taverham and Hellesdon

How to apply?

The Trustees meet 4 times each year. Grant requests may be made at any time

Applications towards a specific project are more likely to be looked on favourably by the Trustees.

Applications for salaries and/ or general costs will not be considered.
