Application process

Enquiries are looked at as soon as they are submitted.

Applications take around two weeks on average to process.

The charity replies to all applicants, whether or not they are successful.

The Trustees review all existing recipients and any new applicant's financial status and needs, and decide, on an individual's circumstances, and with the help of the reports provided by the Liaison Officer, the level of help the Fund is able to give.

The Trustees are very aware of the need for personal contact and the Liaison Officer meets most recipients and new applicants in their homes. The visits are of a casual nature to offer friendly support and advice when needed.
