Studley College Trust

One-off and recurrent grants for British or Irish nationals aged 18 - 30 who training for a career in agriculture, horticulture, forestry and other land-based industries.

Grants can be given to help with course fees, accommodation costs, transport, books and clothes.

Who is eligible?

Eligible students will:

  • Be British or Irish Nationals who are on a land-based course at a College or University
  • Be aged 18 to 30 years (except cases of career change)
  • Have relevant practical experience
  • Be in financial need

Unfortunately students on industrial placements lasting more than six weeks are not able to apply.

How to apply?

If you are intending to study at one of the listed Bursary Colleges then you should contact the college directly. Visit the Visit the Studley Trust website for a full list of these colleges.

If you intend to study at a college or university that is not listed, contact the Studley College Trust to request an application form.

The trustees consider applications twice a year, in July and October. Applicants need to submit applications by the 1st of the previous month.
