Thames Water - WaterSure Plus (Social tariff)

Thames Water - WaterSure Plus (Social tariff) offers a discount to customers who are on low incomes.

Who is eligible?

Thames Water customers:

  • in receipt of income-related benefits, or,
  • who have a gross household income of less than £16,105, where there is confirmed vulnerability in the household (someone 62 years of age or older, someone with parental responsibility for a child of less than five years of age or somebody confirmed as having a disability)

and:

  • Have water and sewerage charges which currently exceed 3% of net household income.
