The Ancient Charity of the Parish of Bisley

The Charity gives one-off grants to sick and elderly people who live in the ancient parish of Bisley in Stroud. This area includes: the Gloucestershire villages of Bisley, Eastcombe (east of the Toadsmoor Brook), Bussage, Oakridge, France Lynch, Chalford (north of the River Frome), Througham, Bournes Green and Waterlane. In the past the charity has given grants for household items to help people with disabilities make food, and helped a family whose home was flooded.

Who is eligible?

Sick and older people who live in the ancient parish of Bisley and need financial assistance. You may be able to apply if you live in: Bisley, Eastcombe (east of the Toadsmoor Brook), Bussage, Oakridge, France Lynch, Chalford (north of the River Frome), Througham, Bournes Green and Waterlane.
