The Barnes Samaritan Charity

The charity gives small regular payments (£45 per month) to people in financial need who are suffering from permanent or temporary illness, disease or disability.

The charity also gives one off grants to help people who are in financial need. These are usually to help buy specific equipment related to a disability.

Area of benefit

Counties of Lancashire and Greater Manchester; the District of Calderdale in the County of West Yorkshire; the District of Craven in the County of North Yorkshire; the Districts of Macclesfield and Warrington in the County of Cheshire; and the District of High Peak in the County of Derbyshire.

*Please note that the trustees review regular grants every 3 years. Grants can be restricted to one or 1 or 2 years with review.
