The British Jewellery, Giftware & Finishing Federation Benevolent Society

The principal objective of the society is to assist financially persons, or their dependants, working or previously worked in the trades embraced by the British Allied Trades Federation who in old age or through infirmity, disablement or ill health are in conditions of need: to support education and training by providing for bursaries or other financial support.

Who is eligible?

People in need, and their dependants, who have worked in the industries that include jewellery manufacture and distribution, giftware, surface engineering and travel goods and fashion accessories.

Provision is given in financial grants for specific items (eg fridges, freezers, carpets, televisions, winter coats, boots, spectacles property repairs and so on) and/or by giving quarterly grants.
