The Chartered Secretaries' Charitable Trust

The Trust serves past and present members, graduates, students, employees of The Chartered Governance Institute and their families to relieve and help prevent financial difficulties.

The Trust can assist with weekly allowances and regular support. This can be for items such as rental costs of telephones, TV licenses etc.

Who is eligible?

You may be eligible if you:

  • Are, or have been, a member of The Chartered Governance Institute for the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland and Associated Territories.
  • Are a current or former affiliate member, graduate, student or employee of The Chartered Governance Institute, who have maintained a minimum continued relationship with the Institute for the United Kingdom of a period as defined by current guidelines.

Please note that the Trust can only support people who have a direct relationship to The Chartered Governance Institute. Further details can be obtained from The Institute’s website.
