The Ewelme Exhibition Endowment

Bursaries and grants are available for students aged 11 to 25 who live in Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Ramridge in Hampshire and Conock in Wiltshire and need financial assistance with their education, vocational training, apprenticeships.

Bursaries: Secondary school students aged 11 to 18 who are very talented or have a specific educational need and are facing financial difficulties or a bereavement. Priority is given to applications from 11 to 13 year olds.

Grants: 11 to 25 year olds who need financial assistance with vocational training, apprenticeships and the development of skills. Grants are given for equipment, tools, musical instruments, travel, extra tuition, activities associated with a university course and sports training.

Who is eligible?

Children and young people aged 11 to 25 who live in Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Ramridge in Hampshire and Conock in Wiltshire.

The organisation offers two types of financial support:

Bursaries: for talented students aged 11 to 18 who are have experienced a bereavement and need financial assistance with secondary school. Priority is given to students who can show exceptional talent, and 11 - 13 year old applicants.

Grants: for 11 to 25 year olds who need financial assistance with vocational training, apprenticeships or to develop skills.

How to apply?

Download an application form for a bursary or a grant from the website

Bursaries: A parent or guardian should apply on the student's behalf. The application form will need to include a letter of support from the Head Teacher. The deadline for applications is November of each year. Please note that trustees will interview applicants before making a decision.

Grants:  The young person should apply directly, giving details of the purpose of the activity or course. Trustees consider applications for grants at any time.
