The Francis Courtney Educational Foundation

One-off grants given to assist in education, fees, or living or travel expenses to people living in the London Borough of Ealing.

The Foundation might help with the extra costs of school, university, residential trips or apprenticeships. Grants are normally between £500 and £1,500. 

The Foundation gives priority to applicants under the age of 25, but will accept applications from older people. The Foundation also gives priority to people who live in Southall or Norwood Green.

People who live in the London Borough of Ealing and need financial assistance with educational or training costs. 

How to apply?

Contact the Foundation to request an application form.

The grants are awarded twice a year:

  • Apply by the end of May for a decision by the end of July.
  • Apply by the end of September for a decision by the end of November.
