The Greenwich Charities

The Greenwich Charities give help to people in need who live within the London postcodes SE10, SE3, SE7, SE13 and SE8 and who pay their council tax to the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

The charities make small grants for essential household items, white goods, unexpected bills and essential furniture (new or second hand).

Who is eligible?

People in need who live within the London postcodes SE10, SE3, SE7, SE13 and SE8 who pay their council tax to the Royal Borough of Greenwich. 

No grants for educational needs, holidays, funeral costs, carpets (floor coverings only) or general appeals. No recurrent grants.

How to apply?

Individuals can apply directly or social workers can apply on their behalf. Please note the trustees will sometimes visit applicants. Apply online and send the completed application form by email or post: https://thegreenwichcharities.com/the-application-form/
