The Hampshire & Isle of Wight Military Aid Fund (1903)

Grants are available for members or former members of the Regiment or Corps raised in the County of Hampshire, or of The Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment (Queen's and Royal Hampshires) who were resident in the County of Hampshire or the Isle of Wight at the time of their enlistment. Grants are also available for the dependents of these members.

The Fund may be able to help with:

  • Rent arrears
  • Debts/Bankruptcy
  • Repairs/Heating
  • Nursing Home Fees
  • Funeral Costs
  • Respite Care/Holiday
  • Removals/House Deposit
  • Travel Costs
  • Home adaptations for people with disabilities
  • White goods/ carpets

Who is eligible?

  • Members or former members of any Regiment or Corps raised in the County of Hampshire
  • Members or former members of The Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment (Queen's and Royal Hampshires) who were resident in the County of Hampshire or the Isle of Wight at the time of their enlistment.
  • Dependents of the above.

Visit the Hampshire & Isle Wight Military Aid Fund website and fill in the online form to contact the Fund. 

You can also contact your local SSAFA or Royal British Legion branch for more information.
