The Kensington and Chelsea District Nursing Trust

Grants are available to people who live in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea who are sick, convalescent, disabled, and in need. Applicants should have lived in the borough for at least two years.

The Trust also sometimes helps people who have an illness or disability and live in the nearby boroughs.

Grants are for items, services or facilities that will help alleviate problems caused by the illness or disability, or assist in the person's recovery.
