How to apply?

Individuals should not apply for a Household Fund directly. A professional, such as a social worker, health visitor or family support worker should apply on their behalf. We cannot consider applications made directly by an individual claimant.

Applications are considered all year round. For more information visit the Liversage Trust website or email

Ask any support workers or organisations you are in touch with if they can apply on your behalf. They might be an adviser, housing officer, someone from Citizens Advice or another charity.

If you can't find a suitable professional, contact the charity directly to find out if they can help.
