How to apply?

The trustees meet once each quarter to consider applications, in March, June, September and late November/early December. Please note that the trustees need to receive applications form 2 weeks before the meeting. Download a form from the Macdougall Trust's website

Applications need to be supported by a recognised agency, or primary healthcare worker, i.e. G.P., Social Services, Citizens Advice Bureau, Lifestyles, Aidis Trust, or other similar organisation. If an application is made on behalf of a minor, then details of the whole family need to be included.
