The Netherlands’ Benevolent Society

People in need who are Dutch nationals living in the UK. The charity also gives grants to widows/widowers or children of at least one parent of Dutch nationality. People in need might be experiencing loneliness, illness, mental stress, an emergency, old age or poverty.

We provide one-off and recurrent grants and interest free loans. Grants range from £100 - 1000

Who is eligible?

People in need who are Dutch nationals living in the UK. The charity also gives grants to widows/widowers or children of at least one parent of Dutch nationality.

We will not give grants for student loans or bursaries. Only people living in the UK can receive a grant.

Individuals can apply to the charity directly. Email info@koningwillemfonds.org.uk to request an application form. You can also call the charity on 0791 511 0590

The trustees meet monthly to consider applications, except for August.

The charity also gives advice by telephone, email, letter or a visit from trustees.
