Educational grants for people under the age of 25 who live in the London borough of Southwark. Provides one-off grants from £250 - £500 for students undertaking tertiary education, apprenticeships, courses in arts, music, dancing, uniforms and other needs.

Who is eligible?

People under the age of 25 who live in the London borough of Southwark. No grants for private school fees, domestic bills, childcare or debts. Preference is given to long term residents of the London borough of Southwark and those who demonstrate they are in need of financial support.

How to apply?

Individuals can apply online: www.newcomencollett.org.uk

The charity considers applications 4 times a year, in March, June, September and December. You must apply a month before the meeting. Find out the next deadline date and meeting date on the website: www.newcomencollett.org.uk

In the application you need to get a supporting statement signed by a teacher, tutor or other qualified person to confirm they are undertaking the course they are applying for financial help.
