Who is eligible?

Children living in the UK, up to and including the age of 18, with cerebral palsy. Applicants must be in receipt of means tested benefits and be able to send evidence.

The limit on individual applications is £1,000.

What we can't help with

We do not not fund holidays, refurbishment costs or household appliances, like washing machines. We do not part-fund applications for equipment/services amounting to more than £1000.

How to apply?

The trust would prefer to receive applications via the website where possible. If you are sending literature on equipment/services or suppliers' estimates, you could send these by post.

Visit the website to apply online:

Please note that applications must include letter of support from a Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist (OT) or Speech and Language Therapist, SALT, depending on the equipment/service needed. If this is not possible we may accept a letter from another professional who knows the child well eg class teacher.

The trustees consider applications three times a year. Visit the website to find out when the next deadline for applications is.
