The Peel Foundation Scholarship Fund

Grants are available for students in need under 25 years of age living in and around Blackburn, who are entering university or other institutions of higher education for degree courses.

Candidates must be nominated by the head teacher or principal of the college attended and will be selected using set criteria: academic excellence, career ambitions and financial need.

Individuals should not contact the charity directly.

Schools can contact the charity to request a form.

Candidates must be nominated by the head teacher or principal of the college attended. Applications are considered in July and August and should be submitted in April and May.
