The Royal Society of Musicians of Great Britain

The Royal Society of Musicians exits to support those in the music profession whose lives have been affected by accident, illness, stress or anxiety.

We provide bespoke advice and guidance towards many needs including:

           Physical and emotional therapies

           Referrals to specialist practitioners

           Home adaptations and mobility aids

           Money management and debt advice

We support those of working age as well as those in their retirement years.

Who is eligible?

Applicants should be either:

  • Professional musicians or individuals professionally active in the world of music
  • Former professional musicians, individuals who were professionally active in the world of music and persons aspiring and attending to embark on careers as professional musicians
  • The families and dependents of any of the above.

Applications from non-members must be supported by a Member or Honorary Member of the Society, or an approved organisation.
