The Town Moor Money Charity

Grants are available to people who live in Newcastle upon Tyne and the counties of Durham and Northumberland who need help with the cost of mobility aids.

Grants are also available to young people aged 18 to 20 who are in full time further education and need financial assistance.

Who is eligible?

People who live in in Newcastle upon Tyne and the counties of Northumberland and Durham who need assistance with buying mobility aids.

Students aged 18 to 20 years old who are in full time further education can also apply for a grant.

Please note that the charity cannot give grants for anything that should be paid for by statutory services, such as the local authorities. 

How to apply?

The Trustees consider grants twice a year and grants are given out in June and December. Contact the charity to request an application form.
