Wessex Water - Assist

Wessex Water - Assist is a social tariff scheme for customers who are on a low income and in financial difficulty.

This offers a low rate tariff based on ability to pay, with discounts of up to 89% on the average household bill.

Who is eligible?

Wessex Water customers who are on a low income and in financial difficulty.

Assessment of ability to pay is undertaken by an independent debt advice organisation either online, telephone or face to face. Application includes filling in an income and expenditure statement.

You need to seek advice from an independent debt advice agency before making your application.
